Every child learns best when the method matches their mind. Use the profiles below to spot your child’s natural tendencies, then adjust how you teach, practice, and motivate. Most kids blend styles—lead with the strongest and rotate the rest.

Traits:

How to Motivate: In order to motivate your learner, connect with them. Have them explain the meaning behind their work. Engage and inquire, but remember to give them space to work alone. With this type of learner, let them go, but also hold them close.
