Community Involvement

Our recent NxtEra car washing event brought homeschool families together for a unique, hands-on learning experience. Parents and kids went door-to-door in local neighborhoods looking for cars to wash! Practicing real-world communication, confidence, and leadership skills.

The event not only raised funds through car washing, but also served as a live workshop in public speaking, teamwork, and relationship-building all while strengthening family bonds and connecting with the local community. The kids learned how to introduce themselves, make eye contact, and engage in meaningful conversations with new people. 

This creative approach blended entrepreneurship, service, and education, helping homeschool students develop skills that can’t be learned from textbooks alone. By combining fundraising with practical life lessons, NxtEra continues to provide growth-centered experiences that prepare the next generation for success.
