Listen, being active doesn’t mean torturing yourself with boring workouts. This is about injecting FUN into your family’s day-to-day life. You don’t need a gym membership to get moving. Your living room, backyard, or local park is all you need to get started!
Challenge your kids to a game of tag, have a race to the end of the block, or crank up some music and have a full-blown dance battle in the kitchen.
